The launch of ”The Mummy Tree Markets’ ties in with our continuing desire to help support and grow small (mainly) mum businesses.
Stepping out of our immediate comfort zone and into the world of Event Planner, seemed like a natural progression and one which we feel is essential in helping to complete the circle of growth and promotional strategies for our ‘Tree’ of businesses.
We like to do things differently at ‘The Mummy Tree’…and this will also be the same with our Markets.
Providing a unique, central & desirable location for our Markets was a major consideration for us. Our Brisbane Market is located in a venue which provides so much to enhance the shopping experience for our customers and their families, it was not easy to secure this venue but we knew it was right for our Markets.
Our Markets are Different…
If you are familiar with our pages on facebook then you will know we have our own unique way of bringing real value to our fans and their businesses and the same will be the case with our Markets.
By having our businesses entwined we can offer far greater support and promotion of your brand and provide you with, not only a venue to showcase your goods but also the full circle of marketing.
It is our aim to keep our quality high (boutique style) and stallholder prices low which is unique in our location and with our type of venue and market.
We are not just a ‘Baby & Children’s Market’ nor are we just a ‘Craft Market or Handmade Market’ – we are a ‘Quality Family Market’.
By providing unique quality products/services for the family means more variety and also more customer satisfaction.
As mentioned our Market is all about ‘quality’ therefore no general second hand products will be available, we will only showcase quality, unique, inspired products and services and nothing which is easily found in shops. We love handmade but will look at vintage items as well as other products which we feel will only enhance the overall experience and compliment our Market.
We believe strongly in providing the full shopping experience and encouraging visitors to spend more time than is typical at our Market so we will have supervised craft classes as well as other entertainment, a bar and TV and even some gourmet food stalls.
Everyone is well catered for with plenty of places to sit, on site food, coffee and EFTPOS available at the cafeteria and at some stalls.
We work very hard promoting small businesses in a cost effective manner through all our initiatives including our Markets and we hope that whether you are a stallholder or a visitor that you will enjoy your experience at ‘The Mummy Tree’ Markets.
